How To Win At An Interview

So I write for anyone who is interested in Personal Growth, Motivation or Entrepreneurship.

But this topic is for each and everyone of us.

One of the moments that makes you feel extremely NERVOUS it is when you go for an INTERVIEW.

I have heard so many people say “ I AM THE BEST CANDIDATE BUT I NEVER GET THE JOB ONLY BECAUSE I FAIL AT THE INTERVIEW”

So What do Recruiters/Interviewers Say about this?

I recently met a Recruiter from Dubai Islamic Bank and as per him. They see the Factors below in their Interviewee

1)     THE X-FACTOR

2)     AWARENESS ON WHATS GOING AROUND THEM (NEWS OR TRENDS)

3)     CONFIDENCE IN THE WAY THEY WALK AND IN THE WAY,THEY TALK

4)     NO DESPERATION TOWARDS THE JOB BUT PASSION TOWARDS THE JOB

5)     HAVE A CONSTANT TONE THAT SAYS, “I CAN DO THIS” SO BASICALLY SELLING YOURSELF THROUGHOUT THE INTERVIEW

6)     SITTING STRAIGHT INSTEAD OF HUNCHING OR FOLDING YOUR HANDS

7)     OVERALL BODY LANGUAGE (REFER TO MY LAST BLOG)

8)     ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE JOB

9)     NOT TALKING ILL ABOUT THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS OR JOBS

10)  NOT BEING TOO SERIOUS OR TOO FUNNY
